Yoga Light: Deeply Restorative Yoga infused with Reiki Energy Healing
Join us for a special class focusing on ultimate relaxation and rejuvenation.
We begin with a guided meditation followed by supported restorative yoga postures suitable for ALL LEVELS.
Master Reiki Practitioner, Christen Prudence, will apply hands-on Reiki energy healing to assist in aligning chakras and clearing energetic blockages to get even more relaxation out of this yoga practice.
We will be diffusing therapeutic grade essential oil for an added aromatherapy treat.
This 90 minute special class is $30.
