I am grateful to Larisa Noonan of Tending the Sacred (http://larisanoonan.com/) for leading me into connection and healing with my Ancestors, which includes my parents who are no longer walking on this Earth. Because of my work in her Ancestral Healing Circle, my relationships continue to thrive beyond life, and I have a deeper sense of understanding and compassion for what my (and all of our) lineages endured and how that trauma is passed down to each of us.
